Guidelines for Students
The following are are our requirements for our online workshops:
Attendance
Students are required to be in attendance and visible for the entire workshop.
Responsibility – During the Live Teaching
Location - be at your desktop or laptop in a quiet private area
Promptness - we will start promptly Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9am
Audio - mute you speaker upon arrival and throughout the call unless you are speaking
Questions – please write them in the chat room to be addressed at the times designated for Q&A
Connectivity/ Screen freeze – transition onto your phone per the directions emailed to you with the Zoom link
Container - Safety
Confidentiality – all content and conversations are to remain confidential
Integrity
Visuals – copies of slides will not be available; no screen shots allowed
Copyright – no portion of this training may be reproduced or electronically transmitted in anyway.
Cancellation more than 15 days prior to the workshop is refundable less a 50.00 handling fee. No refunds will be issued within 14 days prior to the first day of the workshop.

Fruit, yogurt, muffins and light snacks along with water bottles and coffee are served in the morning. A sweet snack in the afternoon.
