Discover practical ways to integrate the Enneagram Approach’s transformative power within your professional practice.

The Enneagram is a powerful tool to understand personality, providing numerous practical and often immediate applications. There are nine distinct personality types which reveal the spectrum of perspectives that inform our approach to engaging in personal and professional relationships.

The Enneagram describes the strengths and potentials of each personality type as well as the unconscious patterns of perception and attention inherent to each type.

The Enneagram Approach™ is a ground breaking process that integrates The Enneagram with a step by step process to work with clients and teams towards lasting change.

Learning Objectives:

At conclusion of this program participants will be able to:

  • Ask the right questions to determine Type
  • Identify nine unconscious core belief systems and resulting behavioral, emotional and mental patterns
  • Apply intervention strategies to relax the personalities defense system

Instructional Methodology: Lecture, audio video, Panel Interviews, and discussion/work groups.
