About Anne
My vision is to empower Conscious Leaders to actualize their full potential.
My mission is to provide practical tools to navigate difficult conversations and cultivate thriving relationships through self-awareness and empathy.
Prior to founding The Enneagram Approach, I enjoyed a 25 year career as a Founder and CEO of Geary Designs, Inc, a Commercial Interior Architectural Firm serving a broad range of leaders in the southeast while based out of Charlotte, NC.
During that time, I came across the Enneagram and found myself studying under master teachers and slowly developed the capacity to see myself and others in the light of our full potential. Fifteen years ago, I made the decision to immerse myself into Enneagram trainings, not knowing it would lead me to my life passion and purpose.
These days, I often find myself invited to make Keynote Presentations and meet with Conscious Leaders who are committed to leading with empathy. I am grateful to have the opportunities to pass on the extraordinary wisdom that was handed down to me. I am living a life that was previously beyond my wildest dreams.
