 This was my first Enneagram Workshop. The way Anne taught the Instincts was life-changing. She brought the Instincts and how they interplay with my Enneagram Type to life. She gave clear, concise, and concrete examples, with the soft skills of a storyteller that bring the teaching home in a powerful way.

This workshop saved our marriage. We now have a language to talk about our differences with compassion and humor. Over time we drifted apart because of the way we prioritized our time and energy. I cared more about work and community and he cared more about projects around the house. Now we know how to meet each other in the middle.

We came to The Instincts Workshop as a family. My husband and I were concerned it would be too much for our two teenage children.  As it turned out, the experience shifted our whole family dynamic.
